WRLH FOX 35 has its facilities on Westmoreland Street in the North Side-area of Richmond. On February 20, 1982, WRLH began its transmission. It was Richmond’s first general entertainment private station. Not only this, but it was also the first new advertising channel in Richmond after WWBT which logged on 26 years ago.
