The deal was to move its production to its Tampa Fox associate WGHP FOX News and its Cincinnati CBS associate WCPO-TV. At the same time, New World had also agreed to purchase Argyle Television’s four television. This included WVTM-TV in Birmingham. The allocation forms of the Argyle channel to the communication of World did not give in to the WGHP FCC until after New World closed on the Citicasters acquisition. The two acquisitions emerged, along with New World’s existing seven channels.
