Under an agreement of the SAFER Act, KYTV sustained on analogue signals to convey messages of digital TV transmission from National Associations of Telecasters. KYTV NBC 3 shifted its weather channel which broadcasts 24 hours and named KY3 Weather Nation. This program was carried on the subordinate channel of KYCW-LD.
