Sinclair was the main controller of WUHF Fox since 1996 and then purchased the station finally. The entertainment shows were replaced by talk shows, reality programs, and court shows in 1990 after a long format of comedy, cartoons, and films. WUHF Channel also ceased its daytime broadcast of cartoons. This happened when Fox shut down all the kid programs nationally in 2001.
